A Glorified Body

I Corinthians 15:35-58

1. Resurrection.

• One must die in order to be raised to new life. I Cor.15:36
• Heavenly bodies are different than earthly bodies. I Cor. 15:40
• Our heavenly bodies will be imperishable. I Cor. 15:42

2. Death will be swallowed up in victory. I Cor. 15:54

• When Christ returns the dead in Christ will raised imperishable. I Cor. 15:52
• Those alive when Christ returns will be changed from perishable to imperishable from mortal to immortal. 15:52,53

3. Therefore we should…

• We should give thanks to God for he gives us the victory in Jesus Christ! I Cor. 15:57
• We shuld always stand firm in our faith. I Cor. 15:58
• The work we do for our Lord will always pay dividends. I Cor. 15:58
