Carlos & Caryn Benitez
Carlos & Caryn Benitez, who have been members of the Miami Springs Presbyterian Church, now service with Wycliffe Bible Translators in Niger in Africa. Their work includes language study, translation, and teaching.
David Bridgman
David Bridgman, a former pastor of the Miami Springs Presbyterian Church and himself born in China of missionary parents, now serves as Associate Director of the Presbyterian Frontier Fellowship. His duties include promoting support for the special missionary opportunities which exist in China.
Gary & Marlene Cameron
Gary & Marlene Cameron work with InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, and have been a number of years on the campuses of Florida International University and the University of Miami.
Taik Joo & Youngkyo Kim
Taik Joo & Youngkyo Kim are PCUSA missionaries working in Almaty, Kazakhstan. This country was formerly part of the Soviet Union, and the population is largely Muslim. An unique aspect of their ministry is incorporating the Christian message in cultural presentations, largely musical, which can reach many non-Christians to whom the gospel is otherwise unavailable.
Alan & Ezia Mullins
Alan & Ezia Mullins serve in Brazil, working with camping ministries for both youth and older persons. They work under the auspices of the Latin America Mission. Alan grew up in Hialeah and Miami Springs, FL, and went to Brazil as a PCUS Missionary, where he met and married Ezia.
Gail Burger Lilo
Gail Burger Lilo serves with Alongside Ministries in Erseka, Albania. She works as staff of a vital and growing evangelical Church in Erseka. Her roles include work in a large, busy camping program for children and adolescents.
Andrew and Amy Funka
Andrew and Amy Funka are staff members of Stockethill Presbyterian Church in Stockethill, Scotland. While Scotland is the homeland of the Presbyterian Church, the Church is struggling there as evangelical Churches are struggling throughout Europe. Andrew and Amy focus on faith development of adolescents and young adults.
Mary Stokes
Mary Stokes, a daughter of our local church, serves with African Inland Mission at Rift Valley Academy in Kenya, Africa. She teaches English and is a Christian advisor to the students.
